About Me

Steve Mueller

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Steve Mueller. I was born in Rexburg, raised in Rigby, and have lived in Idaho Falls with my wife Natalie for the past 26 years. We are the parents of 5 children.

I am a certified teacher. For the past 29 years I have been teaching in Idaho Falls District 91. I have an endorsement for Driver's Education and have taught driver's education for the past 21 years. While some people think I must be half crazy to teach driver's education, I love teaching young people to drive. I enjoy meeting new students and watching them advance their driving skills! I have always loved automobiles and driving. My dad would let me kneel next to him and help steer at the age of three. As a preteen I was always looking for any and every excuse I could think of to move the car around the yard. I would move it out back to wash it and then drive it back around front to vacuum it out. We definitely had clean cars. My first car was a 1968 Mustang. It was Gulf Streem Aqua Metallic with a 289 V8 engine. It had low mileage for the year and was original right down to the hubcaps. I felt very fortunate to have found it! While many of my cars have had automatic transmissions, I enjoy driving manuals more. I look forward to meeting you and watching you fall in love with driving as well.
